تعلن اللجنة التنظيمية والخدمات باللجنة التحضيرية لملتقى الحوار الوطنى الإرتري للتغيير الديمقراطي عن فتح باب لاستقبال طلبات التنظيمات السياسية ومنظمات المجتمع المدنى والجهات الفئوية الإرترية الراغبة في المشاركة في ملتقى الحوار المزمع عقده في يوليو 2010م على أن تتوفر في الجهة المتقدمة بطلب المشاركة الشروط التالية :
1. الإيمان بمبدئ التغيير الديمقراطي
2. أن تكون معارضة للنظام
3. أن تكون مؤسسة تنظيميا وإداريا
تقدم الطلبات باسم رئيس المنظمة / التنظيم إلى رئيس سكرتارية اللجنة التحضيرية لملتقى الحوار الوطنى الإرتري للتغيير الديمقراطى عبر البريد الإلكترونى التالي:

ንኡስ ሽማግለ ውደባን ኣገልግሎትን ኣሰናዳኢት ሽማግለ ዋዕላ ንደሞክራሲያዊ ለውጢ፡ ናይ ፖለቲካዊ ውድባት፡ ሰቪካዊ ማሕበራትን ካልኦት ማሕበራዊ ክፍልታት ናይ ዋዕላ ተሳትፎ ጠለባት ክትቅበል ቅርብቲ ምህላዋ ትሕብር። ነቲ ጠለብ ዘቕርቡ ኣካላት ከማልእዎ ዝግበኦም መምዘንታት ድማ እዚ ዝስዕብ እዩ:
1. ኣብ ደሞክራሲያዊ ለውጢ ምእማን
2. ኣንጻር ስርዓት ህግደፍ ምዃን

Announcement
The sub committee for Organization and Service section of the Preparatory Committee of National conference for democratic change, hereby, would like to announce its readiness to receive applications of participation in the forthcoming event of national conference from political and civic organizations. The stipulations needed to be fulfilled by the applicants are as follows:
1. Accepting a democratic change,
2. Standing against the rogue regime of PFDJ,and
3. Possessing organizational administrative institution.
The application has to be signed by a chairman of the political organization or the civic institution and should be addressed to the chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the National Conference (PCNC). Applications should be sent to the following address.
